「不廢搖滾」免費還沒人？ 觀光局：破3.5萬人
高雄大港開唱停辦後，韓市政府舉辦，免費音樂嘉年華不廢搖滾，卻被網友爆出活動現場人數竟然只有100多人，場面冷清，但高市觀光局提供週六活動影片卻是人潮滿滿，對於活動沒人，主辦方也提供統計數字，PO文者是挑人少，收攤後拍攝活動購物折扣。
樂團八三夭：「看音樂會其實不需要手機的，來喔大家的手都舉起來舉起來舉起來。」
樂團八三么周六晚間在哈瑪星開唱，參與民眾在台下開心直播，高市府舉辦的免費音樂嘉年華，不廢搖滾，卻挨批砸錢卻沒有人。
在PTT黑特版，有網友PO出嘉年華首日的活動照，說當天加一些路過圍在周邊的人大概100出頭個，中間主唱還有要台下觀眾一起唱，結果人太少完全沒甚麼聲音，現場超尷尬，就連市集不到八點整條就幾乎沒人，但高市觀光局也拿出週六的影片。
活動主持人：「音樂那邊的朋友，不要偷懶啊，手機拿出來呀。」
舞台下滿滿的人群，和先前民眾拍的照片對比，人數明顯多很多，場面也較為熱鬧，不過民眾PO網的是活動第一天，當天晚上的表演團體偏向獨立樂團演唱，觀光局的影片則是有活動第二天，晚間有八三夭、魏如萱等知名歌手樂團助陣。
民眾vs.記者：「人會不會很少啊，不會啊，本周限量商品折扣不會很少，因為這樣子整個不會那麼擁擠，還蠻好的。」
活動策畫主持人陳思淵：「網路上有一些流傳的照片，都是趁我們已經陸續在收了，或是人潮最少的時候來做這樣的一個拍攝，比較不是很客觀的一個說明，在最多的人，包含森林之王這邊的見面會，以及在主場這邊加起來，大概有三萬五到四萬人的數字。」
不同時段，因為表演樂團知名度，也連帶影響參與人潮的數量，對於網友OP文指控不廢搖滾只有一百多人，高市連辦折價限量折扣三天的免費音樂嘉年華，到底有沒有像網路傳的這麼冷清，統計數字會說話。
聯準會主席：除非情勢惡化 暫不太可能再降息
美國聯邦準備理事會今天宣布今年第3次降息，聯準會主席鮑爾表示，這次降息意在買個保險，提振美國經濟，但他也證實，除非經濟情勢惡化，聯準會暫時不太可能再降低利率。
聯準會利率決策機構聯邦公開市場委員會（FOMC）舉行兩天會議後，一如各界預期決定將基準利率降低25個基準點，聯邦資金利率目標區間來到1.5%至1.75%，在2018年4度升息1碼後今年已回降3碼。
鮑爾舉行記者會表示：「面臨全球各項局勢的發展，我們採取這項行動是要協助維持美國經濟穩健，以及針對目前各種風險提供保險。」
聯邦公開市場委員會在這次會議後發布的聲明措辭有所改變，不再見「將採取適當行動維持經濟擴張」的說法，而這句話一向被視為有可能進一步降息。
聯邦公開市場委員會改口表示，委員會「評估聯邦資金利率目標區間的適當路徑時，將會持續留意經濟前景資訊背後的含意」，這種說法措辭較不確定，可能被解讀為將暫停降息。
鮑爾表示，「我們認為貨幣政策目前在好的位置」，而且「可能維持在恰當位置」。
他這番話將更令外界認為，聯準會在12月的年底最後一次會議不太可能再次降息。
記者追問聯準會在何種情況會支持再採取寬鬆措施時，鮑爾回答：「如果情勢發展導致對我們的展望作出重大重新評估，我們會視情況因應。」
他指出，貿易緊張情勢和英國脫歐是影響企業投資和製造業的兩大因素，但「整體而言，我們認為面對今年這些風波，經濟頗最新具必買 韌性新上市」。（中央社）
